HORRIBLE on-line banking and customer service. Payments take forever to post and do NOT always show pending which can seriously affect planning for the amount of money you have to spend and the "customer service" lacks the slightest understanding of the issue.
horrible. i will be closing my account first thing in the morning. atm ate my card for no reason. and it is a major inconvience. not on there behalf but on mine
