Arelys destroyed my hair and she would not return my money and if she decides to fix it she wants more money. She fooled me 3 x I went to her to fix my highlights and she turned my hair yellow green blue red copper. And she kept trying to lie to me she is now reported to the better business bureau. She kept giving me excuses about my hair some customer service. I had to spend money now on treatments for my hair and dye it myself thanks for her awful service. Don't ever go to her salon. No wonder she's open everyday and hardly has customers. I am disgusted . She told me it was her word against mine. But I paid her for a service she did not do she messed up my hair . She's all about lies and deceit .

I received a wash and ends trim and a Dominican blow out! She did a great job on my hair she took her time and ensured that I was provided with great service. I would definitely recommend Yackie. She was awesome and my hair looks and feels amazing!
I made an appt for 5 but i showed up early and they took me rite away so i was happy but then she was trying to rush and she kept burning my head with the blow dryer and i obviously said something but she kept doing it, and then she kept hitting my head with the blow dryer she says sorry but kept doing it. Very ignorant. And it was the ugly redhead with the long curlyhair that did it. And i toldher how i wanted my hair and she did what she wanted not what i . I never had bangs in my life i asked for layers and she cut my bangs! I was so pissed. Not to mention ive been going to this place for YEARS!
Arelis did my hair and did a horrible job. She ignored the style request I asked for. She brutalized my head, cut the top when I asked her not to and I had to ask her to fix the style she gave me because I looked like an old lady and I now need to go have my hair fixed by someone else because she messed up the sides. She seriously had the nerve to charge me 10 dollars more than my sister who came in with me and got the full treatment by Diego. Washed, Roller set, trim and style.
