I went to Landrys today with my girlfriend on our first day out looking at bikes in a brick and mortar vs online or on Craigslist. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was the place to do business. Immediately, we were greeted and told that as soon as someone was free they'd be right with us. Not 5 minutes later, Rob, the lead mechanic and part time salesman came over and introduced himself to us. He asked us how he could help and after a little bit of information gathering on his end, he went to work. He was able to show me a bike that fit exactly what I wanted and that was right where I told him I wanted to be price-wise. I had many questions that I fired off at Rob and not once did he studder or get taken aback. After a good long conversation of what and how everything worked and the benefits of the certain parts he went to help my girlfriend find a bike for her. While he was away, we were also asked twice if by his co-worker if we had questions in the mean-time. When Rob went out back he was able to find a leftover that was a little more than my price range by $200 but was way better in terms of functionality and reliability. He then showed my girlfriend a bike that fit her needs and price range perfectly as well! Rob is one of the most professional, friendly, and passionate salesman I've encountered and I am in sales myself. Rob hands down is an incredible asset to Landrys and for that reason I made a purchase right then and there which I was planning to make in 2 months. He offered me the option to secure the bike with a deposit and make payments over the next months which for me made all the difference. I will never go anywhere else due to Rob and Landrys. This is the place to go. Ask for Rob, he truly cares and will take you from knowing nothing to feeling incredibly comfortable about your purchase due to his 16 plus years of experience. Thank you Rob and thank you Landrys. We will be back very soon for bike #2!
