I signed up for the unlimited car washes 2 years ago. Everything was great at first. The quality of the wash and the drying has been consistently declining to the point that I go through the wash twice back to back and I'm still not satisfied with how clean or dry the car comes out. Recently they have been down for maintainance way more than usual too. The last 4 times I have visited them the wash was down! No explanation. Just a sign and a closed door. They have also been closing 10+ earlier at nights causing me to drive there for no reason. Not the experience I was hoping for. Hope to see these issues resolved soon.
Allways either broke down or closes earlier then any other scrubadub went out of my way to go there before work just to have it closed just going to assume there is no scrubadub on shrewsberry street
I would strongly advise anyone with kids to avoid this car wash until the management gets it into shape. Until then, you and your family will be chased away by the smell of marijuana smoke and the fear of getting robbed
This place actually cleans under my rain guards on my windows. Dosnt leave soap like most places

It is inconceivable why the management would elect to make these car washes is more dangerous and the less clean for paying customers.
One of the better car washes available in the area, but absolutely unusable since they opened the vacuums to the general public for free. There is a constant stream of unsavory characters lurking around each location waiting to use the vacuums.
