Went in to ask about deals one night, guy wasn't very interested in helping out and simply told me which rack to look through.
Had to come back 4 times for them to get my order right. Long waits. Poor service. Tailors don't know their own product. Way overpriced. Will not be returning
These guys took good care of me. I had a wedding to go to and didn't figure out til the last moment, that none of my dress shirts fit me properly. I walked in last minute and was fit for a much more comfortable shirt. They found some that were on sale and even ironed it for me, so I was good to go. Very grateful.
I would honestly give this place zero stars if I could. Small selection of clothing overall presented in their store. The store does not appear to be clean. I simply went here to rent a tux for my prom and things went as bad as possible I think. First off, original store employee who helped me got part of my order wrong and I had to call back and change it after looking at the recepeit. When I went to pick up my tux the vest, jacket, and pants were not tailored right at all, and there were clear tailoring marks and creases all over the pieces. When taking my tux out of the transport bag I noticed that it clearly had been worn many times, there were creases all over it, lint/fuzz all over it, hair all over the pieces, and even glitter all over the jacket. Clearly no one checked if the pieces were presentable at all. And finally, there were threads coming off the vest in all areas, but mainly around the buttons. Horrible experience overall and made me feel very self conscious at my prom. This place has completely turned me off from any Men's Wearhouse location. I will never return. A horrible waste of 250 dollars.
The heavy older guy who works there has issues. Grumpy, greedy, no customer service. We tried to return our unworn online purchase but was told we'd only get store credit. I had read the fine print before going, meeting all requirements of the return policy, but was immediately told I'd only get store credit. Yeeaa, no. I knew better and told him there's nothing noting that I'd just get store credit if I return an unworn suit within 90 days. Then there was silence for 5 minutes as he attempted to process the return. Then he reinstated "store credit only" with no additional reasoning. I was furious at that point cus it was obvious he was trying to scam me out of a full refund. Thankfully, my boyfriend knew better and got me out of there and brought us to a Men's Wearhouse 15 minutes away inside a mall where my return was gladly accepted. The employee there actually acknowledges that the man I dealt with is notoriously awful and should not represent this company. Moral of the story: avoid this place at all cost. Take the extra time to go elsewhere because you'll just end up with wasted time and a horrible experience here. I have no clue why this guy is still hired.
