Needing to complete some current business, I stopped into the family probate court today expecting a long wait to obtain some certified paperwork. Staff member was very helpful and accommodating. I wish I knew his name.
Impossible to get a hold of. Don't even bother calling. Just go down there and wait for 3 hours for the thing that should probably take 2 phone minutes.
If you get to talk to someone, you'll probably end up in the next person's voice mail. The first one to answer the phone acts like they made a mistake taking your call. If you get a call back, consider yourself lucky. If you actually get to talk to the deputy clerk who can handle your issue, you're the one person who got helped that day.
Horrible - Called in multiple time and it was clearly evident after the phone ringing for more than 7 minutes each call that someone was picking up the phone and then hanging up. Why work in a service industry if you don't plan on actually serving anyone????
Very disappointed with the Parking for disabled people. By the time I find a Spot blocks away and then try walking a few blocks with the permanent Nerve damage I am extremely painful by the time I get to the front door. Wow for god sakes we are at a courthouse which you would think follows the disability act laws about disabled parking which they have only a couple. By the time I drive from Central Mass then to park I'm in so much pain before I walk in the door. Being on disability you barely get money to have gas let alone pay for parking in a lot that the court should of bought when they were all the planning stages of building this courthouse in the first place. Then walking into the building you can go up the stairs or walk halfway through the building to get to thè elevators. Just real great thinking.
As promised, he said it would be 15-20 min. I waited less than that. Thanks for the great service..
