I have never been to a mailing place where the clerks are so incompetent! Cannot recommend this place to anyone! They have to start training their clerks better on how to deal with customers. They made me miss an important deadline that end up costing me money and losing a potential business, but on top of everything blamed the error on me and dismissed me quickly over the phone!!!!
Service can be hit or miss. Parking is whacky.
I got to the store at 12:15 and stood in line for 20 minutes. They only had one person working an he took forever to do everything. Ridiculous
About every other week I have to return a couple packages from Amazon and I always choose this store! Service has always been positive, friendly, and helpful — everytime I've been. Would highly recommend!
