Congratulations on being one of the few who can look past the rhetoric and recognize that terrorist monster or not, he had a wife and child who loved him. THEY deserve a funeral. THEY didn't do anything wrong. THEY deserve - especially the very young child - a memory and pictures they can look back at. He may grow up to hate his father but at least he will have the chance as a child to remember his daddy as his daddy, and have a nice service to remember.
I was raised in Worcester, MA.. now residing in Florida. I have to say that for the years of growing up in Worcester, this funeral has always been there for everyone & specially the poor. Business is business. No matter what the person has done in the past he deserves a burial. & what the owner of Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral did has nothing to do with his services for the public.
This is not about a dead bomber. It's about family.
Those of you leaving negative feedback really need to take a step back and look at yourselves. You should be ashamed that you can't even give the grieving, innocent, totally uninvolved family this moment.
The milk of human kindness. What more could one ask for in a funeral director who handles the last acts for a human soul on this earth?
I commend the funeral home for standing up for our principles. I believe Christ forgave the worse sinner. It would be barbaric for us to just leave his body in limbo forever and not let his family bury him. I thought we have progressed and become more civilized in western civilization. What he did is totally indefensible but we shouldn't stoop to his level and loss our principles. If I lived in Worcester I would use your funeral home. I think when God looks to see if you emulated Christ on earth he will say yes and have a room for you all in heaven
Although, I've never met him in person, I might've seen him in the past I thank him for always being there to help the community & a lot of them were people that couldn't afford the funeral, Peter was there to help out.
People need to remember that funerals exist to provide comfort, healing and support for THE LIVING. The dead don't much care. As of today, the family of the marathon bombers are innocent, and are suffering along with the rest of us. They're entitled to a funeral, and some comfort so that they can bury their son to start the grieving process.
Nice job Graham, Putnam & Mahoney. There are decent people in the world.
I am so grateful that Mr. Stefan had this kindness and the courage to accept the body of a troubled human soul. Thank you. God bless you.
God bless you for having such a good heart.
