Nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Staff is always cleaning up. I’ve been a member for about 43 days. I’ve been to others but this location is the main one I go to on a regular basis.
New equipments, friendly staff, huge space and lots of classes being offered. I have a black card with the West Boylston PF because it's closer to me . However, I travel all the way to the Worcester PF because the staff are much more welcoming and the equipments are nicer.
Me and my family love this place it has great equipment great staff and a amazing experience. I highly recommend this place for is price and quality. Also when they say no judgment center they mean it truly and fully.
Make people comfortable no matter the size of the person. Willing to help in anyway to make sure people are working out properly and safely. Need more Trainers but great customer service overall
I am a guest and the front desk doesn't say anything. I would like for them to say "phone number ?" so when I say my number I don't look like any idiot cause then they would hold up the wait finger when I do say my number . Please fix this ASAP !
