Got two keys for my ford for $110, less than one costs at the dealer! Service was great, very competent technicians programmed the keys in their fully equipped garage. The other guys tried to do it on the side of the road, I thought my door was going to be taken off by traffic, and the other guys keys didn't even work!
After 2 weeks of trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck I finally noticed the key had broken and the chip was missing. I went to Caola at 8am explained my situation. Was guarenteed a solution that same day. I went home, I was called by 9:45am with an estimate and then again at 11:30am when I was told they had come to me, fixed what needed fixing (key made and programmed to my truck) and I could pick up my key at any time!! Quick and so nice that after a long night (I work 11-7 in a nursing home) I didnt have to skip my morning nap to wait around for someone to show up. Amazing service! Thank you guys at Caola so much.
