Great place to relax an view the tower. Good story on why the tower was built and was the founder of the naval academy.
Beautiful old stone monument. When it's open, climb to the top of the turret for a great view of Worcester.
Unfortunately it is closed most of the time, but if you can get there when it's open, it does have a great view from up top.
