This city is seriously lacking in good cops and city officials for that matter! The VSO office is pee your pants laughable!!!!! The people they PAY to "help" our Vets need mental health assistace themselves. Clean house and find competent people like Karen Greenwood and Lynette Moon to run that office. Stop sending men away with no checks when rent is due!

I would like to thank badge # 160 for helping me out today. I locked my keys in my work van with it running and i flagged her down and she was very nice and climbed inton the back of my van and unlocked it with her baton. I'm very thankful for her
They can't be trusted at all. The officer, Nicholas Riggieri, did a horrible job. He mistreated and didn't respect me. When I made a report with all of information and evidence I have, one week after calling the department many times, I found out that he filed the report with only one sentence claiming that I don't have any information and don't know anything. He doesn't do his job at all and is abusing the system. There are many officers at Worcester department like him. I'm not naive in this area and I know it's not a safe place.
Don't even bother calling the posted number, its a waste of time. You have enough time to go put on a show and start cooking dinner before you'll find yourself speaking to our boys in blue. If you have an emergency or a crime to report you may as well dial 911. Through 3 separate phone calls, I could not reach a person. When I thought I did, a machine told me the number didnt pick up and sent me back in to the dial in menu. Might as well list this number as "Answering Machine the Game". I'd probably find some use for this number then.
