A fairly large branch fell on our roof on Christmas weekend from freezing rain. Called few companies with no response or couldn't do the work. John from Tri-State answered the phone at 8pm in the evening and showed up right away next morning (on a Sunday) to remove the branches, temporarely patch the roof to prevent leaks, and provide all the help and guidance we needed. Both John and Greg were extremely friendly and professional. The speed of response is simply amazing!
I called Tri-state to give me an estimate for my roof and to repair it when we had the big rain storm in March, I spoke to John who within 15 minutes came to my house in Worcester with his crew to stop my roof from leaking ,. He is an amazing guy and was so nice . My mom who is from Liberia had told him during a conversation that she had never had Pizza. The next day , he showed up while I was at work with a pizza for my mom. These guys were awesome and I would recommend them to anybody. Rafael and the guys fixed my roof and the leak is gone. I called Tri-State for an estimate for my roof and spoke with john . He came the same day and I have to say , his communication skills were awesome. He explained the entire process in detail and was very easy to deal with . I had two other prices and Tri-State price was literally thousands less. I couldn't believe it and was thinking it would be much more once they started the work . I was wrong....it was exactly what John told me it would be with no surprises. The workmanship was increadible and my yard was cleaner than it was before they started . I would highly recommend them and thank them so much for their honesty and workmanship.
