Most of the people there r dumb as a box of rocks
For my self, I work in construction. So i lose a phone a lot. People at this store gave me upgrade and appropriate plan for myself and my whole family. They are really helpful toward explaining the phone specs as much customer needed to know as well as they have finished my activation in timely manner. Whenever I pay my bill with them, I always forget my plan. They always tell me my plan details with their smile faces.
