Nice restaurants but bathrooms need help
The building is beautiful, my cousin and uncle did Every piece of wood restoration in the entire building. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. That is just gorgeous compared to other Union stations across the country
l just want to answer mister or miss N that is the best station on northeast maybe u are one of those big fat people who needs to much room
I understand that this station is a business and in order to keep a business afloat you must set rules and guidelines; but the property manager needs to understand that it is a public building for the city of Worcester. No need to go into what that measley word "public" means, I think we get it. The security guards are patient and from what I've researched underpaid since they basically manage the place themselves. I've had a variety of problems and coincidentally they have helped me with every one. A change in management is needed ASAP, forcing citizens into one station that is poorly managed will cause outrage eventually. Thank you!
Very clean for such a large public building. I wish they would make people waiting to board incoming trains back to Boston AWAY from the platform until passengers have unloaded. It's annoying trying to get off the train and navigate your way through herds of people waiting. The bathrooms are always clean and the outside areas are free of ice/snow.
