Sketchy people. I asked to come see a car they had listed. The sales guy gave me the wrong adress.. which was tracked to some random road in Worcester. He never responded when I say it was a different adress then Google said. Then at 7 at night when they suppose to be closed he told me he was there now and I could stop by.. thanks but no thanks.
It was a pleasure doing business with Sonias. Although this was a big purchase for me, Tony(sales rep) was straight forward and very helpful throughout the process. I will give an update on how my car is in a couple months as of now I will for sure be a repeat customer. Thank you :)
I was over satisfied with Sonia's Auto Sales. I was in the market for a new SUV this summer, after stopping at many dealerships to shop and get credit approval (my credit is not very good) I was given the "run around". I stopped at Sonia's location on Grafton St just to see what they have. I wasn't interested in going thru the process this day so I left them with my contact info And what i was looking for like I did with many dealers. Sonia's was determined to get my business. Every few days I would receive photos of new inventory of my interest. Eventually I found time to stop in the store and was able to test drive a few cars I made a decision. They found a bank to approve me and did all the paper work including registering my car within a hour or two and I was on my way home ! Great staff great service and they treated me right!
I had a great experience at Sonia's auto sales. I dont know what these negative reviews are about. I was nervous because of them but i liked the wide selection of vehicles they offer so I went and took a look. I have never had such a simple car buying process. There were minor issues with the car and they didn't hesitate to change the tires and do a complete service for me to make sure my vehicle was near perfect for me 2 days after the purchase. Tony, Valentino, Johan, and Ernesto were super professional and I absolutely will be buying all my vehicles here going forward. I don't write reviews but I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience at Sonia's. This place is excellent.
