I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else BUT to Steve's Import Auto!
Just recently went here about a week ago and had a wonderful experience. I needed rocker panel repairs on my truck and for a good price this place got it done in no time. I had my truck back the next day looking better than previously, I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get serviced before the New England winter.
Great experience. Helped with every request I had on my car and treated me like family. Couldn’t ask for a better shop.
I deal with Steve all the time & have been for years. Great guy. Does great work. Very knowledgeable at his trade. He is brutally honest & makes sure your car is done right every time. It appears that some of the lower posters didn't want honesty, or to pay for what their car actually needed.
The worst experience I ever had with so called auto repair place. Please don"t even consider have your car serviced there. Zero stars.
I would give zero stars but it was not an option. Steve's automotive had my car for a grand total of 4 months. They returned the car with the check engine light still on after numerous parts were replaced and we paid them over $5k in parts/repairs. We ended up having to take the car to the dealership. The dealership stated that they left so much oil all over the engine from their "repairs" that it was clearly amateur hour. When I complained to the owner Steve that he had the car for 4 months during the year he mocked me. I have never had such a bad experience with a mechanic in my life. Stay away.
