Grove Street Budget Rental in Worcester was very accommodating and friendly. We were given an upgrade by surprise and it worked out well for our weekend trip. The price was reasonable with easy access coupons. I would highly recommend this particular car rental store as the service was top notch.
It was so easy, in and out right away at both my pick-up and drop off. Staff was friendly and helpful. I pre-paid for my vehicle before my trip, it not only saved me money but it made my pickup much easier. Vehicle was clean as was the rental facility. I found their prices great I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will most definitely be using them for any future rentals. A+ all the way around, I really couldn't have been happier with my experience.

I rented my vehicle on the first snow day of winter, just before Christmas, 2015. I found the location to be easily accessible form the main roads, such as Park Ave and Goldstar Blvd.

they didn't refund money for the fuel left ( more than half tank) in the car. I don't recommend this place
