I honestly don't know how a rental company can never have any cars available but can still tell my insurance company that I am all set to go pick one up. This has happened every single time I've rented a vehicle from hertz.
I would not use this location !! Stay away from this location !!!
I had a reservation for a rental car through the insurance company while my car was going to go into the body shop on Wed. afternoon with a scheduled pick-up at 5 pm.
Ryan specifically gave horrendous service. I had called him to inquire about the charges and he had been rude, unprofessional and actually HUNG up on me. When I called him back he had acted as nothing happened. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. If I could give it a 0 I would.
Be sure to look at Yelp Reviews before using this branch! Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever had. I was told one price and was charged 2 separate transactions totaling over $250 more than the price told. It took over 3 weeks to sort everything out with Hertz, Corporate and my Bank.
This was my second time renting from the Hertz on park ave and it was again a great experience. Super relaxed and easy to grab the car I needed and go!
The corporate office was professional and had handled things properly (although they seemed equally confused about the charges); however, this specific branch I would never recommend.
We rented from Hertz in Worcester, MA. It was a quick process since I had already booked a car beforehand. I was given a Chevrolet Cruz in place of a Toyota Corolla as this was the one available. The car was almost new and in very good condition and clean. We rented it for 14 days and had no problem with it. I am very happy with the experience and will rent from them again.
I confirmed my reservation on Monday and they stated I was all set !!

So I planed my week but at 1:45 pm I received a phone call that they did not have a vehicle for me ! I was floored !! I asked if they could get one from one of the other locations Hertz is not a small company ! but the individual was very reluctant to do so ! So hear I was left high and Dry
