I would have rated this Marshalls a 0 stars but I can't do that. I used to enjoy going to Marshalls I actually worked from Marshalls years ago but now I'll never go into another TJX company ever. I just left the Marshalls in Worcester and I was stopped at the door but supposedly stealing. The young kid told me he had me on camera stealing cologne and perfume which I did not do I was in the area of the cologne and perfume there was many boxes open with the cologne outside the box I even brought up empty boxes that I found to the service s the try to be nice to let them know that things were being stolen. The gentleman then goes to raise his voice embarrassing me in front of everyone in the store again accusing me of putting these items in my pocket which I have a condition where I get very fidgety and yes my hand wart in and out of my sweatshirt pocket but they were not putting items in there. This young kid then tells me okay fine you can go now honestly this young kid then tells me okay fine you can go now honestly if he really thought I was stealing and he had the suppose of truth on camera that I stole he would not have let me leave the store. I even asked to see this camera proof of me stealing items and he tried to ignore the fact that I brought it up. I thought to let everyone know that reads this if you're in the store don't for any reason put your hands in your pocket and I believe you might even have to ask permission when you get up to the register to pay for your items if you're allowed to put your hand in your pocket this is stupid. This young kid needs a serious get a life and leave us hard-working people alone. I know what it was it was the fact that I went in there and I looked around and I didn't buy anything. But like I said I'll never ever shop at another one of these companies again good luck to everyone that shops here
Small but packed with good deals. The carts are to big for the aisles. Friendly staff. Ample parking.
Staff members were kind but wouldn't let me return tights because they had a small rip in them so i asked if I could just exchange them and I couldn't do that either. Was a little upset about that considering I just bought them last week. But besides that Marshall is great I love shopping here!
Love the unique things I can find for gifts as well as my home. Also that it has a variety of different clothes and not mass amounts of same style in various sizes. I have always encountered competent pleasant service people too.
On the other hand there's always some of them are kinda rude and grouchy. The store have a handicap access wish is very important, and have many parking spot.
The store always have a variety of merchandise that i like. They have reasonable price perfect for my budget. The last but not the least, the personal are friendly and willing to help if it's needed,
