The service is horrible. If you are dressing down security is watching. Also there not enough cashier. They have 25 cashier's machine. Discarded about majority of them to save money i guess. But only 10 are up n running. Then they have self checkout which is full majority time. Biggest con. Is don't ask any employees who don't look amercian. Cause they will tell you i don't know where it is. Or my favorite i speak no English.
walmart is always the go to store for just about anything from food shopping.. Hair dresser.. Nail salon.. Subway rest. Pick up service when ordering online.. Just pick it up there.. Now free grocery pick up.. U shop online and they load ur car.. Garden ctr in the Summer.. They have all your needs and will match any other retailers price. Always cheaper at Walmart..
Love this store I lost my cell phone in the baby aisle shopping with the kids and the staff were great about it located it immediately
When they first opened this Wal-Mart I loved it, but now they never have enough cashiers and its definitely not as clean as it could be. But they did just put in some self checkout registers in which is great.
I received absolutely terrible customer service twice from the automotive service center. It doesn't matter if you are standing in line, the girl will take whomever she wants to be next. I literally was waiting for 20 minutes to get an oil change while she took customers that just walked in the door. The same thing happens when I bought tires there. And she always says the same thing: "there's 4 cars getting 4 tires ahead of you so we can't take you" but first she'll let you wait 20 minutes while she talks to her friends. Never again. I gave them a second chance, but my money will be spent elsewhere.
