I showed up around 11 maybe waited in line 2 - 3 minutes, filled out forms & out. Line was moving fairly well while i was there. Was told I'll receive a call in 24 - 48 hrs.
Do what i did. I Went to the Office in Greenfield Massachusetts and was treated with DIGNITY and RESPECT! If you can get a ride over there, it's worth the drive. I will not come here again.
Not a very good office. The staff are snark and probably don't like their job.

I received a call in 2 hrs. VERY friendly person , completed application rather quickly. First time there & no problems at all.

Broken system would rather help those above than actually help a family that genuinely needs help that IS a productive member(s) of this great country.
