Need more young and happier uplifting staff that are not old and miserable having a negative impact towards the customers.Also do there job properly, efficiently, happy staff equals more satisfied customers. And people shouldn't have to wait for a long time and get sent out because of ones hand writing!
Compared to the other negative ratings, this RMV is one of the best I've ever seen even though it's in a place that is very populated (Worcester), and it can seem busy at times. With the introduction of the two lines, even if you don't have a lot of things with you, once you meet with an associate, all of the people working there are nice and I was able to get out of there in a half hour. Overall, I can say that it is a good experience compared to the one in Milford.
I couldn't understand her so I asked if she could repeat what she said, and NOPE! *click* She hung up. Just an example of what I've seen for the last 8 business days. Let's open some of these positions to people that actually have people skills, communicate, or at least knowledgable.
What an unexpectedly lovely visit to the registry this afternoon! I was in and out in less than hour - for both registration and license - and everyone there was helpful and returned my smile with genuine friendliness. The facilities were also clean, well-lit, and well-organized! Thank you!
Its already been said. Horrible customer service. The help desk line is a joke. Expect (at minimum) a day to receive a call-back no matter how big or small the issue is. Finally getting the call-back from the registration dept. The lady in the registration dept. showed no patience and no class. She answered the phone and at the most random moment, starts talking about her menstruation to someone near her. Who does that???
When people show up knowing the exact transaction they need, all of the forms they need, already filled out, and explain that they're ready to go... ...they still have to go through customer service and waste more time to have someone else confirm that. I guess when you're fraudulently manipulating your service time statistics, it works...
