Great fast delivery drivers food hot and fresh everytime we order
Forgot my soda, (went back to get it and it's been 34 minutes to bring the soda) which was fine at first before I went to eat my food and the chicken was cold. I couldn't even tell if it was buffalo or regular chicken it was so cold. This is the second time it's happened to me with their wraps. Whenever I call about the cold chicken I get the same old attitude. Only reason I'm giving two stars is the driver was polite.
I ordered food at 1am online and it said that they didn't close until 2:30am. I accidently messed up my order and called them at 1:15 to correct it and they said it was no problem. I called back at 2am when the food still wasn't here. When I got in touch with customer service (Who were extremely helpful.) They told me that they had canceled my order and forgot to tell me. I couldn't believe it. Thank God for customer service for fixing the situation because the people at the actual pizza place were so rude and pretty much told me I was SOL.
I'm not sure why people are rating this place 1 star. The pizza was good as hell, and it was fresh. You could see what he was doing, as there are no barriers blocking the cook. Pizza was very good, and a good price. The cook was a really nice guy, and engaged in a conversation with us. Location isn't in the best place, as it's a unsafe neighborhood. Would come here again for sure next time I'm in Worcester.
AWFUL. I have ordered here several times before and it hasn’t really been a bad experience, just your normal local pizza place. I often order later at night because my boyfriend gets home from work late so I’ll call normally around 10-11 pm which doesn’t seem to be a problem since they are opened until 2:30 in the morning. I called at about 12 am today and I was told that they do not deliver to my address (which may I add is honestly a 2 minute drive from the store location and I would pick it up but recently had surgery on my back). I checked that they were the water street location and the man on the phone said it was, so there is no way he wouldn’t be able to deliver to my location. So I had mentioned that I live at a location they have delivered to before on several occasions then the man continued to say that they were closing now. I told him I was confused for the fact that they are opened until 2:30 am and it had even said this online and then the man went on to tell me that he “knows who I am” and that he would not be taking my order. So I found this very odd and decided to just take my business elsewhere. I felt the way he was speaking to me was very rude and he blatantly lied to me about not delivering to my location and that they were closing. I’ve never written any reviews to any place ever but this was just awful customer service and I definitely won’t be ordering from there again.
