THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! I bought a groupon on June 11 and they said I redeemed it on June 14. I called multiple times with no answer. Finally, a man answered and told me he was just the cleaner and I needed to call back on Monday. Called and left voicemails that were never returned. I went to the address and there was a woman who said Cleanse was terrible tenants and they evicted them from the property and that she knew nothing of there whereabouts now. Hoping I get my money back from groupon. Cleanse auto are thieves!
Excellent service!! I have had my car detailed by many other companies before but this is the best so far. My car looks brand new again. I am definitely satisfied with what i payed for and it's worth every penny. Very reasonable pricing too. If you're looking to have your car brand new again, go visit these guys.
This place is the biggest joke. I came across this place on Groupon and purchased it as a gift for my boyfriend. After making numerous calls to this establishment during their "business" hours, we received no answer. Weeks later, we tried again and a woman picked up. I was then able to create an appointment to drop my boyfriends car off between 11-2. The woman said she would send a confirmation email... never received one. Saturday comes, we show up excited to get his car detailed but still cautious because our experience has been so horrendous...sure enough, NO ONE IS THERE. If I could give this place negative stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. Don't waste your time or money with this atrocious "business".
Great location, affordable pricing and very friendly staff. Thank you Cleanse crew for making my car sparkle like new. Exceptional job. 5 stars for sure!!!
UPDATE: I just had call from the Manager responding to my missed call since their voicemail has been full. He stated they are in process of closing on a new location and promised to get back to me within the next couple of weeks. Was very apologetic said they had facility problems at previous locations. I am hopeful they will honor my purchase of full detsil service as stated but can't change my review until that happens. It's been many months so guess a few more weeks worth waiting before I cut my losses and go to another shop.
