The service itself deserves 5 stars. The car looks terrific, both inside and out. No strong smells of shampoo or any cleaners. I would highly recommend!
They did an excellent job on my daughter's car. Bought the car used and it had quite a bit of crud and dog hair on the interior carpets and seats and the rims were filthy . I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day and the interior looked brand new and the rims were shiny. They also slipped it in at the last minute since I just thought of getting it done for her birthday. All staff were very courteous and friendly. Thank you to all, she absolutely loved it. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Haddad deserves more than five stars! The Haddad team erased one of my worst nightmares that involved my SUV. The company I work for had received fresh bagged chicken from a customer of ours. Having an abundance, we brought it to share with local friends and family, in my SUV. Long story short, worst mistake EVER! Two days go by and I get in my car on a 70 degree sunny day and discover there's nothing worse than the smell of rotting chicken. I searched and searched for any juices that could have leaked out of the sealed bags, tried air fresheners, cleaning products, etc. and NOTHING would touch the stink. I finally had enough and brought it to Haddad or else I was going to trade the car in, smell and all. In just one working day's time, they had found where this nasty smell was coming from after taking apart the interior of the back of my car. They thoroughly went through every inch of my car top to bottom, inside and out to ensure the smell was gone and detailed it, which it needed! Upon getting my car the following morning, it was like I stepped into my car the day it was brand new! I couldn't be more thankful for Wayne and his team at Haddad and all their efforts on my car! The service they provided was worth every penny! No questions, all my vehicles will be back for future cleanings and details! THANK YOU!
After a cross-country road trip and several months of my husband using my car as his personal locker, my 2013 Passat was in serious need of some TLC. After comparing prices and reviews, I chose to go with Haddad. Wayne, the owner, quoted me a more than fair price for what was included (even threw in a complimentary wash, which was really generous, considering we couldn't afford anything exterior at that point). He was super accommodating and willing to work with me on payment logistics, use of a courtesy car, etc. Picked up the car this afternoon and OH MY WORD does it look amazing! Literally looks brand new. WELL worth the investment. (And - bonus! - they found all sorts of long-lost items hiding in various crevices!) Highly, highly recommend Haddad to anyone who's vehicle is also in need of some loving'. You won't regret it.
