Yes they were fast because they don't listen to his YOU want the sub. Asked for a tuna with PPROVOLONE cheese ONLY. Got home and had all the other junk on it. I called and the manager said.."they come with all that." I told him not when the customer asks different. He stuttered..So I told him I won't be back and hung up.
The Jimmy John's in Boston on D Street is awsome. Worcester..you need to learn to listen and step up your game.
Placed my order through the app, and it was already ready when I arrived less than five minutes later. Very fresh, and the staff is almost TOO friendly.
