Ned (owner/manager) is a great guy, polite and fair - I bring my wife's car, as well as mine for maintenance and service.
The hours are wrong on the website. Called and they stated there last oil change that they take is 3:30pm. Very inconvenient for those that work a full time job. It is per appointment only. Not willing to accommodate. Very unsatisfied.
I have been using this location for a few years now, and I am quite pleased with the service and pricing - no complaints here.
Fantastic shop. These guys helped me with an emergency repair first thing in the morning after I had broken down on the highway. I had had shoddy work done by another mechanic, and these guys went above and beyond. They fixed the other mechanic's bad work, but also took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was important.
Friendly, thorough, clean seated area with t.v. entertainment. On main street and across from restaurants should you wish to wait there.
Ned was great he was more than great. He went above and beyond. We were passing through from OH going to CT and we had car trouble. We were able to get to Meineke just barrely before our car couldn't go any further. He was about to close and was able to look at our car. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix and he had to stay over night. We were stranded MA for the night. Ned was a life saver and dropped us off at the neartest hotel. He didn't have to do that. He was caring and worked with us during the whole process. He worked with on the price as well. We can't thank Ned enough for his great customer service and going to the extra miles for us.
Then, when I was battling to get refunded from the other mechanic, these guys stepped up and helped me write down the issues in a way that the credit card company would legally recognize. I can't thank them enough, they are life savers through and through.
