Three weeks before this I had brought another car to them to get fixed. When I got the car back I noticed there was a dent in the side door that wasn't there before.
I received a quote from Nick and I decided only to do part of the work that he had recommended because I couldn’t afford to get all of the repairs done at that time and noticed the prices on the parts were quoted very high. I checked with a GMC dealership on the prices and I was quoted over $200 more than the dealership prices. Wow!
So I guess if you get any work done there you better take pictures of your car and do what they say or else.

Extremely honest mechanics. Did a fantastic job on my Subaru. Other mechanics wanted you add $2500 in repairs that they car does not need. These guys fixed it in less than a day and have tweaked anything I complained about with no arguments. Just a great place

Since then I have gotten all the work complete on my truck for half the price as he quoted me. I am sorry but you are the thief Steve and you were caught red handed.
I brought my truck to them for a clutch replacement and got back a vehicle with an exhaust leak, a damaged midpipe and a dented gas tank rock shield; none of which were an issue when I brought my truck in to this place. God knows what else is about to go wrong. Not only was the work done poorly and my car was damaged, in the process of doing something as straight forward as replacing a clutch; but the treatment I received was even worse. The owner is rude and arrogant and only cares to collect his money and get you out of there.
Terrible work and rude service! I hope I can save you the trouble of going through what I'm going through, trying to repair the damages they caused to my vehicle.
Now about 2 weeks later I received a FB message from Steve calling me a thief, a lair, immature, and old. He actually said he called gmc dealerships questioning them if they knew me and the prices that I had received. Steve also said I was trying to rip him off. Lol
When picking up the vehicle I was told by Nick to "stay in the office and wait for Steve because that would better". I think Nick knew what was about to happen. At this point all 3 mechanics came in the office and surrounded me. I was threatened and felt in danger by the owner Steve while the other mechanics stood over me. He told me to "F off and get the F out of the store, I am F’in done with you". Steve did not let me explain my situation and continued to swear and yell over me continuing to threaten me to F'in get out and leave.
End of story.
Absolutely the WORST customer experience I have ever had.
I actually thought you were messaging me to apologize but all you did was insult me and call me names. Just like the BULLY you are. All you had to do is say you were sorry and how can I make it up to you and I would have removed the review. But instead you insulted me more.
This behavior was uncalled for and borderline criminal. Steve does not deserve to work on Shrewsbury st or in Worcester. He needs to be put out of business.
I made the mistake of paying him before I turned my car on first. That is it - you're history once they have your money.
