They're either a bunch of snobs or not trained well enough to change a rear tire.
Called there to buy a new rear tire they had in stock. I was connected to service who informed me they don't work on Japanese bikes.
Good service and great attitudes. These guys are real bikers and go the extra mile to give you a good deal and get you back out on two wheels.

Wagner seems to be in the business of taking what they call "fully refundable deposits", and not refunding if you don't buy a bike with them. We need to get a lawyer involved just to get our deposit back. Never buy from these guys!
A rear tire swap is pretty much standard on any chain drive bike.
I had an excellent experience purchasing a used KTM from this shop. Pete was the sales guy, but Jake was very helpful with financing and Dave was friendly and good to meet as well. Fantastic show room, since I happen to love BMW, KTM and Indian bikes this place was like walking into a dream. I would absolutely do business here again, great crew, professional and friendly.
