Did not listen to my concerns and immediately prescribed an acne treatment I had already tried and voiced to him that it was ineffective. Truly a waste of my time.
My family (husband, siblings, children, grandchildren) and I have been patients of Dr Rosenfeld's for over 20 years. We have never had anything but respectful, kind, and caring encounters by Dr Rosenfeld and his staff.. I highly recommend this practice
Dr Rosenfield is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. He always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to answer my questions. He explains everything in a way that makes sense to the patient. The best part...the results from the treatment plan he made for me are amazing!

Extremely rude customer service experience. I am unsure the name of the woman I spoke with, but her tone sounded highly annoyed and came off really rude. I am new to the area and was referred to your office by my pcp for treatment. Although I confirmed your office does not accept my health insurance there was a number of ways your staff could have handle the phone call. My question to the woman I spoke with is: Why do you even work in healthcare industry when your entire demeanor and attitude replaces helpful, caring & courteous with disgust, annoyance & judgement? Next time think twice before you tell a potential patient that you're too busy to hold two seconds for them, then welcome them by hanging up, and end off greeting them with attitude when they politely call you back. Treat others the way you wanted to be treated. Thank you.
