I am finding a new doctor for my mother, he does not have a care in the world.
No one returns your calls until 3 days later.
Oh man…. So much to say here.
Office is slow.
I personally love Vernon Integrated medical group. Dr Trister most certainly help save my partner's life. If it's slow there it's because some patients require more thorough evaluation. I would rather have a doctor be conscientious then be run through an office. I was so impressed I left my doctor and went over to this office. Be treated like cattle or be treated like a human being, for me the choice was obvious.
They do not have a referral doctor or NP to see if Dr. Jon Trister is out golfing. What they tell you is to go to the ER.
I honestly think that he needs to retire!
No one was communicating anything, and when I went to inquire what was going on, I get an attitude from the fat chic in the front, who thought her breakfast was more important than communication with patients.
Awful experience! Made me wait over an hour, while other people were walking right in.
Jon Tristan told my disable wife, who can barely walk that the only reason why she has MassHealth is because he pay taxes ( which I'm a working man and pay taxes also). He's an immagrant himself and for him to talk down to another minority is just out right disgusting. Also the African American woman who also works their also told my wife she has to hurry up and couldn't fully listen to my wife because she has to go get her kids. This place is really unprofessional. I have see many patients walk out of there highly upset because of how the Doctors in this office is treating their patients. The girls in the front desk on personal call and talking to their patients with food in there mouth. I'm very appalled. This is a place where the disable and sick is supposed to feel secured & compassion and instead they leave in emotional distress & scared. This office makes people feel that they are lying about their health and pain and that what they are feeling and going through don't mean nothing cause they pay taxes for people that's on MassHealth. They make them feel guilty for being sick. And proud to get the salary that they do from their MassHeath patients. *DISCRIMINATION*

Horrible awful experience Today! Usually I see Donna Trister. She is amazing! Today I saw Dr.John M Trister. Rudest man I have ever ment. Not only did I show up with time to spare, I than sat in the room for 40 minutes. Not only was he inconsiderate, he was rude asking me if "I even work" degrading. After all that he couldn't even do the procedure and I'd have to be referred.
There are three or so woman there at the front desk that do everything.
