My experience was a little rough at first but Lucy was very professional and made sure I was completely satisfied with there service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. The product I ordered was exactly what we needed.
I bought furniture from Aarons/Stafford St Worcester, MA many years ago. Terrible experience explained: I clearly and specifically told a sales guy to do a one year contract to ease the payments. They pulled me into the small room behind the counter with a manager and thank god i read what i was signing up for. They tried to put me into a 2 year contract= More finance charges=3 or 4 x the price of their items. I caught on to it at the end right before i put my John Hancock. It was a sign to leave without purchasing. Well lets just say i made a mistake of signing the one year. Delivery was prompt ( so i thought) BUT they gave me a full mattress instead of a queen. I had to sleep on the floor in my new apartment for 2 days. I went the cheap route and bought a used foundation and new mattress. The entire foundation has the creaking sound since day1 and I've dealt with it for a few years now. I never noticed until i moved around my bed last yr , but the delivery guys also screwed it the headboard wrong so the holes are all jacked up. I'm now married and my wife cannot stand it since we started dating. I will be burning this mattress in a month and buying from a QUALITY store next like Ashleys or Bobs. TURN AWAY before you make the same mistake i did. Oh btw if you look online the furniture looks good. Its your imagination the wood is flimsy and cheap.
I guess they are okay but to rent-to-own you are paying triple the actual cost.
The staff are knowledgeable of things they work with and so friendly towards many. You are treated with respect and most importantly, as a person who's cared for.
