Bob, Stay out of my neighborhood please.
I recently visited Bob's and was pleasantly surprised at the great selection that they offered. The furniture was nicely displayed and the sales staff was great. They were not pushy at all...as I've experienced in other stores! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.
One of his trucks blew through a stop sign today at 30mph or better. I think he needs better delivery drivers, maybe someone that follows the traffic laws a little better. I am glad I was not a bit closer or i would not be here writing this. Maybe a great store, who knows but what I saw today there is no excuse for. Could have been a terrible accident.
Tried calling the store to let them know, they could not care at all.
My Wife and I were looking for a living room set . We shopped at several furniture stores in the area. We had a few other choices in mind. When we came into Bobs in Worcester we met with a sales associate named "Rocky". He was friendly, polite, and well informed on his furniture. His absolute patience with our inexhaustible questions made up our minds for us. We purchased a great set and are very happy with it. We made the purchase with Bobs because of his attitude. I recommend Bobs in Worcester if you ask for Rocky. A message for Bobs: Rocky is a sales associate who exemplifies professionalism, you are very lucky to have him on your staff. Mike T.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection in the outlet, decent prices and a wider variety than the Dedham location. Pick-up, however was a disaster! We have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes to pick up an ottoman... I’m losing money at this point between my time and the gas utilized... it’s 6° so we can’t even shut the car off... also it’s a Thursday night... not even a prime time!! I’m not happy!
I have yet to experience the delivery, I'll keep you posted.
My experience began back in late July 2017. Aside from the product I believe the most important thing in any place is customer service. Kevin Tran was our sales rep and he was very good with us. My experience took so long because it was a company purchase so things on my end kept changing and Kevin was VERY kind and patient with me. Kevin kept contact with me as well. He would call just to follow up with me, and make sure that we were still satisfied. He was never rushing me to rush my company only supportive and patient. There is absolutely nothing I can say bad about Bobs furniture because of people like Kevin Tran who made it worth sending what we spent there. If your going to go to Bobs ask for Kevin Tran you will be treated fairly and with respect.
