The salesman told us we could have it bound on both ends. He told us that it may take a few days. "Chad" overheard the conversation and said that he did the binding and that he was free to do it right then and there. After a few minutes, it was beautifully done. We brought it home to my mother in law and she loved it! Chad is the type of employee that leaves a lasting impression on the customer. Nice guy with a great work ethic!!
My sister in law and I went to Rotmans to buy a hall runner for my mother in law. We found a beautiful Oriental rug remnant very reasonably priced.
My wife and I were looking for a new dining room set. The sales woman of that department, Janet King, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She led us through the department answering every question along the way. After we found a set we liked Janet wrote the order up and set a delivery date. The set was delivered a week later. The crew moving the furniture were very professional checking for any imperfections as they assembled the set. Once done the crew discarded all the foam and cardboard leaving our house as clean as when they arrived.
Danielle is the best sales person. She smiles all the time, and is so friendly and caring that I felt like she was a good friend. I picked out a mattress I loved and I couldn't be happier. And the delivery team was professional, friendly and did a perfect job. Five stars all around.
I've known the family for (nope- not saying how long). It is a true family business, and they really care about making the customer happy. I don't love to shop for furniture, but they make it fun! I love the way they have updated the fountain in front with a zen garden and running water. The delivery people also are very diligent, and if you're not happy, they will fix whatever you need fixed!
I had a great experience with Rotmans! The sales staff at the store was very welcoming and attentive. They were very helpful and explained all the steps! The payment center was also very good at explaining the credit application, warranty protection and scheduling a delivery convenient to my schedule! I received a call reminding me of the delivery a day in advance and an update call when they were 10 mins away from delivering the furniture! The delivery crew was extremely polite and came in like professionals. I was thrilled with the couches and the tables. The quality and appearance exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be a returning customer and will highly recommend them to others!
