I was glad I took the time to find this place. Great prices for very good products. Don't let the warehouse style showroom fools you, they pass the savings on to you. They have earned my next purchase.
The store was a little hard to find off the street but once I found it, it was excellent. I told the salesmen what my price range was and showed me all of my possibilities. I am very pleased with the service and was easy it was to schedule an appointment when I was available. I will definitely be coming back to Factory Discount Warehouse again!
I have nothing bad to say about this place. The prices are great! The brothers that work there are nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made shopping for beds very easy and even match their online prices which was great! I picked my delivery date and was able to request a certain time for my beds to be delivered. Definitely go check them out!
I got a very comfortable shredded gel dough pillow. Jeff gave me a very good deal on it, cheaper than anywhere else I have been. Jeff and Luke were very nice. My next purchase is going to be a memory foam mattress.
When we were shopping for a new mattress set, we thought we needed a Cal King mattresses. My husband had measure it's width only. We received a great deal at Factory Discount Warehouse along side even better customer service. Even thought we came across kinks with the bed size, they never stop trying to help us, from Luke at the store, Ben and "Dad" at our home. Everybody pitched in to make our experience a unique one. In addition to the mattresses we also bought a King size bed and we couldn't be happier.
