After Scott helped us pick out the perfect mattress (he is extremely knowledgeable on all the options which made it very easy), Nicole then patiently and professionally processed what turned out to be a complicated exchange. She also helped me pick out the best pillows and sheets. She knows the products inside and out so she picked out exactly what I needed. Great shopping experience.

I could not have asked for a better experience buying my mattress! Both sales reps greeted my dad and I at the door and one of the sales reps, Nicole walked us through every step of the process and showed us all the options in the store. Nicole let me try out all the beds and ask my questions, all while giving me space to shop around and not feel like I was being hounded after to buy something. Once I settled on a bed, I called Nicole over and she helped me pick out the best options for me. She presented all the options available to me in terms of boxsprings, mattress protectors, and pillows, not just the expensive ones either, while explaining the warranties of what I was buying. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a new mattress! The service was spectacular and they let us choose our own delivery date and time that works best for us and they're hauling the old mattress away for free while only charging $80 for shipping and setting up the bed. Definitely worth your time to stop in and see what they have. :)
