I ordered many times, their pizza is really good but if you order for delivery sometimes the order doesn’t arrived as requested. Other than that is very good.
I just ordered from this place and the call to place the order took ten minutes, the order taker didn't know what they had on the menu, we ordered 2 separate orders and they delivered 25 minutes apart from each other and were just all around pieces of shits. Never ordering from there again nor is anyone from umass memorial hospital, the menu is in tiny pieces in the the bottom of the barrel. ALL THE FOOD WE ORDERED WAS SHIT.

I really like this place, ONLY place in Worcester I order pizza from seriously. Weekdays I come in and order and during weekends when I work overnight I like to order from here(like I will tonight). I have not ran into one problem yet with this place, maybe delivery being 10 minutes late sometimes but hey that will always happen once in a while. Thank y'all for kind service and great food
If i could give 0 stars i would. Ive ordered from them many many times and its usually good. not incredible but good enough. however today. they delayed my order. i had to wait 1 hour and a half when they said it would be about 30 minutes. They delivered me COLD PIZZA that looked like it was from yesterday. When i called to complain they just kept passing the phone around and being difficult. Terrible customer service. Will never order again.
