Horrible company! Don't EVER hire this company! They moved my things from the Boston Massachusetts area to the Hollywood Florida area. Disgusting! EVERYTHING I own that could be broken, is broken, all of the boxes are crushed, but the worst of all there were COCKROACHES in ALL of my boxes!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
Update: After reporting them to the BBB they still did not want to compensate for the damages stating I signed the form etc ( in which I was mislead about ). Aside from that the head here in Orlando IVETTE was super rude and unprofessional and just didn't care. Unfortunately I had a 2nd shipment sent from Boston before this happened. I will keep you guys updated!! I WILL DEFITNETLY NOT SIGN OFF ON ANYTHING UNTIL I OPEN EVERY SINGLE BOX AS THE WORKERS WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL I REVIEW ALL AND EVERY SINGLE THING I SENT!!!!
This people took all the boxes to send it to PR and took like 3 months to deliver
I used them to move from PR to Florida and 3 years later from Florida to Massachusetts and had a good experience. The only issue I had was that a the glass and frame of a painting arrived broken. I didn’t realize until a long time later so I didn’t make a claim. Other than that, they were fine.
Worst company ever. Used the Puerto Rico situation to lie and tell me they were late in delivering my container because all ports were busy shipping supplies to PR. They were really waiting for another person to ship to the Dominican so that they could fill the container even more and move 2 families with one container. Yes, they will make you wait just so that the trip makes them money. Offered me a 4-6 week arrival. I shipped 8/17 and my things just arrived 10/25. Quick to get money out of you but worst to respond to complaints. Stay away from them!!!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MADE A SHIPMENT FROM BOSTON TO ORLANDO!!!! THEY GUYS WERE HORRIBLE THEY WOULD TAKE SHYT WHILE BRING UP THE BOXES TO THE APARTMENT ASKING FOR WATER SAYING ITS TOO HOT FOR THIS SAYING WHAT THE HELL WE GOT IN THE BOXES BECAUSE ITS HEAVY. THEY BROKE MY TV ITS CRACKED THEY BROKE MY MICROWAVE THEY BROKE A HANDFULL OF COFFEE CUPS THEY BROKE A PICTURE FRAME I HAD. THE FEE TO BRING UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR WAS $75 AND I HAD $100 I ASKED FOR CHANGE HE SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY I SAID WELL.... I NEED CHANGE HE WENT TO ASK THE OTHER WORKERS WHEN HE CAME BACK WITH THE CHANGE HE THATS ALL WE HAD TO ATE .. ( THATS NOT MY PROBLEM ) WHEN THE GUY WAS PUTTING THE STUFF DOWN HE WAS NOT DROPPING IT DOWN SLOWLY. AFTER THEY WERE DONE HE TOLD ME TO SIGN OFF THAT I RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT. WHICH I DID WHEN I STARTING UNPACKING I NOTICED ALL THE STUFF THAT WAS BROKEN. WHEN I CALL FOR THE CLAIM ( SINCE I PAID EXTRA FOR THE INSURANCE ON MY SHIPMENT ) THEY SAID I DONT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I SIGNED THE PAPER THAT SAID IT WAS ALL GOOD WHEN I ACUTALLY WAS TOLD TO SIGN THAT I RECEIVED THAT PACKAGE. IM HIGHLY UPSET THAT THIS CHEAP/UNPROFESSIONAL/GHETTO MOVING COMPANY. I WANT MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED AND GET A REFUND FOR MY DAMAGE ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
