Got to see Wage War upstairs. great no barricade show. security kept away so people could have a good time. stage diving was allowed thats just how a metal show should be.
Went to the Hollywood Undead show (amazing) and will definitely be back to the Palladium for future shows. Parking isn't a problem with plenty of surrounding 3rd party lots charging about $15. The facility itself was nice with security and staff being friendly and attentive. The sound was great and entering and exiting the facility was easy.
All in all a great venue for metal and rap concerts, would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who enjoys live music.
For the parents concerned for the safety of their children, this place meets all standards. The website informs you about the safety regulations they have but what it doesnt tell you is this; their are always bouncers who line the stage, they do a terrific job of safely catching crowd surfers, as well as maintaining a safe mosh pit. Also, the people who attend concerts here are always friendly, mosh in good spirits (people are not out to hurt you in the pit), and will help each other out if somebody gets knocked down or loses something.
I have seen countless shows at this venue and I have to say that it is absolutely fantastic place to see live music. All of the people who work there are extremely nice and helpful.
I went to a show on the Friday after Thanksgiving and there was also a big event at the DCU Center which made parking tougher than usual. There are safe pay lots near the venue that cost $15-$20 to park so be prepared for that. The Palladium was great, it’s large and you can see the stage from almost anywhere you stand. The sound was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good place to see a band you like, worth the drive from out of town.
Reasonably priced tickets and drinks. We loved the venue, it was inviting and comfortable. You can see without any problems and the acoustics were great. We hope to visit again in the future!
The main stage is a great place, friendly bartenders, great scenery, and high sound quality for live performances. The upstairs stage is a much smaller room, but in my opinion it is the best place to see a band perform. The sound quality is almost as good as the main stage, however you can get extremely close to the band which in my opinion is the coolest.
