These guys did a great job for me. They sold my house at asking price and were very good at responding to phone calls and emails. I would use them again.
After receiving bad news from my previous employer that they we're closing their operations in MA. I decided to take an offer from another company out of state. So I decided to put my house up for sale. I placed my trust in the hands of Jim Black and OLIVIA O'Toole. Both Olivia and Jim, worked hard and made the process for me and my family simple, including there care taking of my property, while I was out of state.
At one point, I had a leak in the bathroom. Olivia quickly responded by having her husband who is a plumber address the issue at half the price it would cost to repair the leak. I was blessed to have both Jim and Olivia on my side to address my concerns while I was in another state.
