My boys absolutely love it. And I appreciate how they stamp each member of your family with a unique stamp. So when exiting if the stamps dont match up then they realize the child does not belong with that person. Just gives a parent a little peace of mine to allow your children some freedom to run around and enjoy everything in Chuck E Cheese
Fun place overall for a rainy day with young ones! Service could certainly be friendlier from management at the front counter! The rest of the staff is much more engaging & friendly but the "manager " at the front desk is impatient, unattentive & rude!
(50 SW Cutoff, Worcester, MA) This so far the best Chucke E Cheese's we've been to in MA, it has a good variety of games for small and older kids, adults can have lot of fun too, it is acceptably clean, the food is good and comes in time, the staff is friendly and helpful, the games are well maintained. I would only suggest them to add a larger basketball station.
Visited after a couple of years with grandkids. The games and prices are slightly better, and replacing coins with a card is so much better. Food choices are limited. Need better ice cream choices.
When I was there last year, and they were handing out free tickets, most of them fell from the bucket and my friends from my school went to reach the tickets, the employees were stomping on their hands and kicked them. The reason why they did this was because they were Muslim. Never Returning again.
