The food is delicious, hot and always fresh. The service is inattentive at times....they are busy dancing, laughing and talking to their friends too much.

While it's not quite traditional Chicago style pizza, it is certainly up worth every penny.
Good food, slow service... took my teen boys and a couple of their friends to celebrate their birthdays and it took more than 2 hours just to get & eat some pizzas, they seemed to be really slow at the time, so not sure what the issue was... They did have truly gluten free food so the child with celiacs disease could eat safely so that was good & everyone was friendly, just really slow.
