What a joke. Purchased a bike online then get an email saying it's ready. When I get there it's not put together. The sales guy says you want it in the box or do you want me to put it together. I said to build the bike and he says 15 minutes. I tell him that I'm going to grab lunch and he says it'll be done when I get back. Thirty five minutes later I return and speak with the assistant manager Robin. She says it's not done and that it'll be at least an hour. I said that's not what I was told. She said he's finishing it up now. I wait another twenty minutes while she's just sitting and socializing and ask for a status update. She calls the tech and he responds "I'll get started on the bike soon". I was pissed! I was told the bike would be ready when I got there now it's over an hour later and they are going to start building the bike soon??? I asked Robin what was going on and she said nothing. I said I'd been told the bike was going to be ready and that you told me that someone was building the bike and really didn't do your job so I just wasted an hour of my life. I told her to just give me the bike in the box so that I could build it myself as I had to get my son to a Dr's appointment. She said she couldn't, I said I was told that I could pick it up in the box when I got there. She said that was not an option. I said well if it's not an option then why did I receive an email saying that the bike was ready for pick up. She shrugged her shoulders. I said why didn't you follow up when I was waiting? Again she shrugged her shoulders. Then she disappeared never to be seen again. I then waited an additional 30 minutes for a bike that was half assed put together. The handle bars were loose and I'm going to have to tighten and check everything. Lastly I requested the GM Matt to call me to discuss the matter to which I received no response.
Just had the easiest return of an item ever in any store. Staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and courteous. Thank you Dick's. I'll be shopping there more.

Decent size location; great parking. My son is a lefty baseball player & this is THE FIRST store we've ever found a first baseman AND catcher's gloves! We've only seen them online previously & were hesitant to buy without checking it out in person first. Great prices, too. Thank you!
I went there intent on buying a Fitbit. They had only a few left but they were the style I wanted. Cassidy was very helpful and patient while I checked it out.
