I really hated their customer service; unprofessional customer service that would easily be complained about in any chain retail store. If that kind of service is the norm then I'd rather buy from CCS. As a local skate shop, you need to step it up if you want to stay in the game or else stop complaining that the big companies are taking you out.
Terrible business practices. They don't pay their suppliers. Essentially they steal from small business and resell the product. Say what you want about big chain stores, at least they don't rip off small business'.
I love this place. they sell great quality gear and the guys that work here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I just picked up a new pair of snowboard bindings and got my board (that I also bought here on a great end of season sale) waxed and sharpened they did an awesome job on my board and installed the bindings for me.
Friendly and helpful staff
Have come here for skate, BMX, and snowboard gear. Its been the same guys in the shop since I was 12. Its a great bunch of guys and are always extremely helpful. They've stayed open for me late multiple times because I couldn't make up my mind. Highly recommend.
