worst manager ever screams at costumers and tells them they are wrong about the shoe, horrible. Also the clothes, the merch game is not on point, they play with little gagets while pretending to care about the costumer. RATCHET dont have good shoes or costumers, have a great time going there, I do not advise you to go there horrible, not going again. Hope thewy get new employees and a different store manager.
