This store is fantastic! Always has exactly what I need and a friendly knowledgeble staff to show me exactly where it is or suggest other parts to complete my project. They have the low prices of large chain hardware with infinitely better customer service.
I've shopped here regularly for 37 years. They have great prices, selection, and personal service. This store is voted # 1 year after year in Worcester Mag. for a reason. They've been around for three generations, so they're doing something right. You can get in and out fast, compared to a big box store.
The lady at the register was very friendly but there's a heavy set guy with a beard that was so rude and completely miserable! I will never go there again.
