Small but have large variety in stock. Friendly staff who are willing to help you find whatever you need, even if that includes sending you to another hardware store.
I had a great experience here. I went on a Sunday morning to get paint, not only were they open, but they mixed it for me and I was out of there in 15 minutes. The staff were very helpful, the store was clean, and organized. Plenty of parking. I liked that it wasn't crowded or huge, like a big box store. I will very likely return here in the future instead of the big joints.
Been a neighborhood customer for years. Called in a snowstorm because my car was stuck on Wrentham hill. Asked to pay for a shovel over the phone with my credit card and send my son down the hill to pick it up. I was told no. Even though I offered to send the card with him. "It's for your protection" and yet, I can walk into the store slide my card and no one ever asks me for Id. I can call any restaurant in Worcester and order food over the phone but God forbid you need a new shovel in an emergency. Please delete your hold advertisement that touts "excellent customer service" The world really needs to be more trusting.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rocky's is the only hardware store I will go to.
Small store but packed with times. Prices are compatible. This place often has items other stores do not carry. The staff is very friendly.
