It was horrible i endind up leaving without my purchase no customer service staff is horrible on Lincoln st in worc if you want to start your day irritated then go thier otherwise stay home never again id rather travel the exrra 3 miles to homedepot
I really prefer Lowes over HD. Even though a little out of the way, better deals, better selection, more helpful staff. Could always use a better corporate mentality and be a more generous employer by cutting the corporate salaries to no more than 25% of the Average employee salary.
Waited in the blinds area forever, no employees in site. Trying to order custom blinds so we couldn't just grab and go. Got to the checkout and cashier came from the register to tell us to go to self checkout. Walked a guy over there and left her customer at the register to do it! Just wait on people! Really aggravating. Went to self checkout and of course, there was an issue which took us twice as long. Employee there was wonderful, thankfully.
Firat time at this location, lowes lincoln plaza worcester. I usually go to Home Depot but the service I got here today at the Paint Department by Mike was awesome. He was on point and very sweet.
