Whomever owns the gaudy Jeep, should not be treating people with mental illness and should be receiving treatment. I don't want an unskilled 20 something millennial with no life experience "treating" me. Anyone that can read, can diagnose people out of the DSM. Just knowing this woman is the mental health field, shows just how bad mental health services are in America. I'm almost certain "counselors" here are also not bound by the same patient privacy rules.

While my counselor is providing excellent service, I have had issues with calls to the front office.
I've been going to arbour for several years now from when they was on park Ave I have been thru a few counselors because the CEO don't wanna pay there employees the money they deserve if ur working in this type of field u kno we have abandonment issue trusting issue and so fourth for u not wanting to pay affects my life and also my son life emotionally I'm messed up behind this because u can't pay I have to struggle all over again I'm messed up having to separate from someone who just has a gift of talent to be able to deal with us we are alot of work and arbour counseling is not in fact caring about our needs something that could be fixed I would rather u ho up on our insurance so our counselors could stay with us y let them go so u can get new hires to pay less not fair to me hui ju and megan and patty are the best hope they stay hui ju you will b truly missed get it together arbour counseling oh yeah u can't pay employees but u can buy a big flat screen for the waiting room like we need that I don't want to ge comfortable I need help I can get comfortable at home but u can't pay ur employees ok
Great therapist, horrible with getting any one to pick up the phone.
The calls have never been answered by a human. There is no option to reach a human or be put on hold. Messages have not passed on to counselor; Calls requesting information not returned. Today I am trying another phone call to check an appt date. Will they return my call?
